If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any packages that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Package refer to the digital service package offered for sale on the website.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of initial registration (i.e, your trial period) without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You place your order AKA your trial period.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

our representative will get on a call with you to get your confirmation regarding the cancellation of the services. We will freeze your account which will cancel your access to the platform. Since you weren’t charged any amount for the complete access, no money will be required to refund.

You can cancel/ discontinue the subscription by reaching out to us via our contact page https://snova.co.in/contact and the cancellation of subscription will be initiated after our representative have received clear instruction from the end user via registered Email address to the email address provided to you via mail post the conversation with our representative over call.


Note: The cancellation of subscription can only be done during the trial period and not after the trial period has ended. In case you are opting for Upgradation or change to lower package this also needs to be done manually by reaching out to our executive and requesting the same before the trial period ends.


After the trial period has ended, you will either be automatically charged or manually charged based on the banks rules and regulations, upon which you will have entered no refund period and hence no cancellation will be possible and/or no money will be refunded after.


If you ever want to discontinue our services (we will be sad to see you go), you can reach out to us via https://snova.co.in/contact and our representative will walk you through the step by step process to wish you a happy journey ahead with our departed paths, after which your account will be frozen for the upcoming 45 days (working and nonworking combined) with all your information data and websites intact as they were(unless you have deleted them or may have been deleted due to removal of template that you have used to build the website and/or form and/or blog and/or funnel and/or client portal and/or survey and/or chat widget). After the completion of 45 (working and nonworking combined) days we will proceed to delete your data without informing you.
